1. A manufactured game board of 54 playing cards will be displayed with the card faces hidden. The Queen of Hearts is the Progressive Jackpot winning card.
2. Tickets are purchased and your full name, phone & card selection must be written on your tickets.
3. When the winning ticket is drawn, the number written on the ticket determines the card number to be opened.
4. To collect full payout percentages, you must be present to win. If not present, winner receives 50% of payout. All players are responsible for their own taxes and winners of prizes over $1199 will receive a tax form. If player is not present, winner will be called immediately and have 24 hours to arrange payment of prize money.
5. After a card is selected, it is removed from play and all tickets destroyed. Tickets sold weekly.
6. 75% of ticket sales will be added to the progressive jackpot and 25% to Lake Fork Stables.
