Every child in our program receives one free riding lesson per week. Lessons are one hour and private. They are tailored to fit the needs of each child. You can help us meet the needs of East Texas kids by sponsoring one on a monthly basis!
Riders Up! is a multi-faceted program. We provide free riding lessons to low-income, special needs, and military families, but we are also a sanctuary for retired racehorses.
Through our Horse Boy Method-inspired sessions, we also help autistic families receive the therapeutic benefits of horses. These families get one one-on-one sessions that provide them with unique learning opportunities that encourage autistic children to communicate and explore the world around them.
A donation of just $50 provides a child with one riding lesson or therapy session.
